Biography

Young Sicilian tenor, he began studying singing and music with baritone Salvo Todaro; in 2011 he attended a masterclass with tenor Marcello Giordani and currently he is studying with M° Salvatore Fisichella.

Particularly appreciated for his vocal talents, in the years 2011/12 he was one on the finalists in the International Singing Competition "Voci dal Mediterraneo- Premio Archimede" in Syracuse.

In 2014 he won a scholarship at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, where he debuted in the role of Rodolfo in La Boheme and Nemorino in L’elisir d’amore. At the beginning of 2015 he has been a personal success with the public in Treviso and Ferrara as Albazar in Rossini’s Il turco in Italia. He attended the “Gran Prix of the Opera” in Parma, while in Cagliari he performed in Puccini’s Messa di Gloria, at the Sferisterio of Macerata he sang as Beppe and Arlecchino in Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci, as Ernesto in Don Pasquale in Bergamo, Como, Cremona, Pavia and Jesi.

Recently he sang in La cenerentola in Verona and Piacenza, La fille du regiment in Palermo, Oman and Beijing, Olivo e Pasquale in Bergamo, Falstaff in Genoa, La cenerentola in Lucca and Ravenna, Il turco in Italia in Bergen, Il viaggio a Reims in Verona, Il barbiere di Siviglia in Florence and Salerno, L’italiana in Algeri in Palermo, Il cappello di paglia di Firenze in Naples, Rigoletto in Salerno, La scala di seta in tournee in Oman, La sonnambula in Turin.

In 2019 he made his debut at the Bolshoi Theatre as Count Almaviva (Il Barbiere di Siviglia). In 2020 he sang Conte di Libenskof (Il Viaggio a Reims).
