Biography
Сompleted her studies in the Stage and Costume Design Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in 1993. Her degree project was the fairy play The Bluebird. She has been involved in stage performances in various genres, designing the costumes for The Barber of Seville, Die Entführung aus dem Serail, Bánk Bán, Norma, Coppelia and Rigoletto, and also the musicals West Side Story, Mozart! and Romeo and Juliet. She has also designed costumes for items, and her most notable work in this genre is her design for the film of Ferenc Erkel’s Bánk Bán.Since May 2003 she has been the Head Costume Designer at the Hungarian State Opera House.
