Biography

Born in Rome, he studied singing, piano, organ at the Sistine Papal Musical Chapel. Prize-winner of the Octavius Ziino, Nicolosi, Corradetti international vocal contests.

His career has international character since the beginning. He has executed concerts in Austria, Czech Republic, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Korea, China, India, Slovakia, Switzerland, Canada, Kazakhstan and Russia.

He has made the debut in Le Nozze di FigaroGianni Schicchi (Rome), La Traviata (Florence, Salerno, Salzburg, Palermo, Haifa), Madama Butterfly (Torre del Lago, Florence, Ancona, Trieste, Edmonton, Athens), Cavalleria rusticana (New Delhi), I Lombardi alla prima crociata (Milan), L’Amico Fritz (Trieste), Il Corsaro (Trieste, Budapest, Banska Bystrica, Pecs), Nabucco (Beijing, Florence), La Boheme (Abu Dhabi, Prague, Zlin), Il Trovatore (Ravenna, Piacenza, Beijing), Attila (Astana, Saint Petersburg, Istanbul) and Tosca (Macerata) and in the symphony repertoire he has sung the Mozart’s Requiem (Rome, Sulmona), Mozart’s Krönungsmesse (Milan), Verdi’s Requiem (Udine, Rome) and Beethoven’s Christus am Ölberge (Trieste). Furthermore he has recorded a disk of unpublished of Pietro Mascagni from Chandos with the orchestra of the Teatro Regio di Torino.

In 2014 he made his debut at the Bolshoi Theatre as Alfredo (La Traviata).

He has collaborated with the conductors Valery Gergiev, Donato Renzetti, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Lu Ja, Piergiorgio Morandi, Wayne Marshall, Claudio Scimone, Leo Hussain, Carlo Monanaro, Gianluca Martinenghi, Alberto Veronesi, Fabrizio Carminati, Eugene Kohn, Myron Michailidis, Gianpaolo Bisanti, Massimo Zanetti, Lorenzo Castriota, Robert Tweten, Eun Sun Kim and Gianandrea Noseda. And he has collaborated with the directors Hugo De Ana, Gilbert Deflo, Leo Muscato, Maurizio Scaparro, Maurizio De Mattia, Andreas Gergen, Tim Albery, Franco Ripa di Meana, Cristina Muti, Pierluigi Pizzi, Gianluigi Gelmetti.
