For the sixth time this century our Ballet Company is going to perform in London. It has become a great tradition that the Bolshoi Ballet opens a season at the Royal Opera House at the turn of July and August (let not every year but every second or third year).

Six years have passed since the Bolshoi Ballet’s triumphant performance in Brisbane. That's probably not so much time for such an active touring company. However, this summer the Bolshoi returns to the capital of Queensland. It will present two ballets – George Balanchine’s Jewels and Yuri Grigorovich’s Spartacus – at the same place as last time, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC). 13.03.2019
 Bolshoi’s Opera soloists, Choir and Orchestra, led by maestro Tugan Sokhiev, appear again in France, performing Russian music at the most prestigious (and already very familiar) concert halls – Halle aux Grains in Toulouse and the Grande Salle Pierre Boulez of the Philharmonie de Paris. |
