Tickets sale has started!

Dear Friends,

Tickets sale for September starts on 15 August 2020. Presale schedule is available on the website, Your Visit section. Limited measures for purchasing tickets are taken based on Decree of Mayor of Moscow dated 8 June 2020 №68-UM “About reducing restrictions related to "high alert" regime in force-majeure circumstances”; order of Department of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in Moscow dated 31 July 2020 №06-083/0 based on decree of Department of Culture of Moscow dated 3 August 2020 №438/OD on confirmation of conditions aimed to preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection (2019-nCov) and the need to comply with the norms of social distancing.

Please note that only two tickets can be purchased during one order session. Several orders can be created if needed. If you need to purchase an odd number of tickets (1, 3, 5), you need to reach theatre box offices or send an email to sales@bolshoi.ru from registered email on the website for assistance.

Purchase requests for an odd number of tickets will be reviewed in order of their receipt beginning from the first day after sale open on the indicated on the request performance, on the weekday 11:00 – 18:00.

In case if a customer initiates refund of tickets that are bought in the period of the mentioned above restrictions, or is willing to pass personalized tickets on for further resale, theatre will only accept the same number of tickets which were booked initially.

With regard to introduction of an automatic ticket system, which is responsive to changes in Russian legislation of booking theatre tickets and theatre visit, amendments and changes are made to the General Terms & Conditions, users registrations which has led to the need to re-register according to new rules (https://ticket.bolshoi.ru/signup). Tickets for the 245th season can not be bought through registered earlier user accounts.
