Following government decree from Mayor of Moscow to prevent the spread of coronavirus, including ban of all public events, The Bolshoi Theatre cancels all performances, concerts and tours which should take place until 30 June.
Ticket refund for cancelled performances and tours:
– If the ticket was purchased with cash mode of payment at the Theatre Box Office, it can be reimbursed by presenting tickets in person starting from 18 June this year.
– If the ticket was purchased with bank card at the Theatre Box Office, refund will be received within 30 working days after performance date. Personal presence for submitting ticket refund application form or sending corresponding e-mail IS NOT NEEDED!
– If the e-ticket/ the ticket through certificate was purchased, funds will be automatically returned to the bank card within 30 working days after the performance date. Personal presence for submitting ticket refund application form or sending corresponding e-mail IS NOT NEEDED!
