Unfortunately, today, 10 September, Don Carlo on Historic Stage is cancelled due to illness of Ildar Abdrazakov. Primary analysis shows coronavirus. Although further examination is needed, administration of the Bolshoi Theatre took decision to cancel performance. It is impossible to take risk of the people’s health at the current state.
If the ticket was purchased online and at the box offices with bank card refund will be received without the need to fill in Refund form in the period of 14 days since the date of performance cancellation.
If tickets were purchase with cash at the Bolshoi Theatre box offices, you can receive refund by coming to the box office in person before 20 September. Box office is located in administrative building. Working hours are 11 am – 8 pm.
Dear guests, kindly keep social distance (no less than 1, 5 meters).
Service is only provided if customers are wearing mask and gloves.
