José Coca Loza will make his Bolshoi Theatre’s debut as King of Scotland (8, 10 & 12 December. Luigi De Donato will play the same role on 9 & 11 December. The role of Polinesso is shared by Paul-Antoine Bénos-Djian (8, 10 & 12 December) and Yuriy Minenko (9 & 11 December).

Ilya Selivanov (1, 3 & 5 December) and Alexander Chernov (2 & 4 December) make their first appearances in the role of the Zinovy Borisovich.

Oksana Dyka will perform the title part for the first time at the Bolshoi (1, 3 & 5 December), Ivan Gyngazov will play the role of Sergei (2 & 4 December).

Stanislav Kuflyuk makes his Bolshoi Theatre debut as Georgio Germont.

Vladimir Baikov as Rogozhin (20 November), Alexander Miminoshvili (19 & 21 November) and Dmitry Cheblykov (20 November) as Lebedev will perform at the Bolshoi Theatre for the first time.

Hovhannes Ayvazyan will perform the part of Don Jose (on 13 November), Alexei Markov will play the role of Escamillo (on 12 & 13 November) for the first time at the Bolshoi.

Don Giovanni by Mozart appeared at the Bolshoi Theatre in 1825 and since then it has returned to our stage more than any other opera by the great Austrian. A new version, the premiere of which is taking place on the 3rd of November, was suggested by the staging team of Tugan Sokhiev (conductor), Semyon Spivak (director), Semyon Pastukh (set designer), Galina Solovyova (costume designer) and Sergei Gritsay (choreographer).
